3. We have a chest freezer mostly for the seasonal produce excess.
We garden year round so it gets plenty of use. I'd just as soon can them the old fashioned way but I was outvoted.

here in Northern Indiana , that is just a dream!I love the taste, feel and scent of home canned or frozen food.
