Any Young Dubliners fans on this board? |
|
They were on our flight from Burbank to Oakland yesterday.
My wife and I sat next to the guitar player, Bob. We talked guitars, music, kids, travel...very nice guy.
On another note -- my wife and I were flying up to see my occular oncologist. We got some good news...the tumor is shrinking and I don't have to go back to see him for 7 more months!! (Used to be every 4 months...which is a drag.)

But I don't think I've heard any of their stuff!
That's great news, bro; you know the good vibes are coming from me at all times :D

KPIG used to have "Rocky Road to Dublin" in rotation. I still like their version better than the Dropkick Murphys'.
Good on ya about the tumor. :applause:

I heard "Come Back Home" from the Real World album on a local NPR station and went out and bought everything that I could find!
