Well-Organized Brains: Help a Moron with a Calendar
Six People
Four Cities
Two Weeks

They only meet in one city on one day; before and after they're all spread out between the four cities.

I am brain dead, I am a moron, but for the life of me I can't imagine how to create a calendar or a table that shows all schedules at a glance.

Do I put dates on top row, cities on left column, and fill in names where they meet?

Is there another way to do it?

I'm banging my head and need some help.

Anyone? :banghead:

1. Any reason why you're not doing an old month grid style calendar
By that I mean the way that one would take a pen and mark vacation week on the wall calendar. With six people and six different colors it would be fairly easy to represent it in an easily understandable graphic. City locations can be marked on the days (or more simply the arr and dep days.

I once had a calendar software that could handle the task but I haven't had to do this is quite some time.

3. You can do it, Bertha. Grab any blank calendar, do a rough...
draft of the schedule. Working on this outline will help form your real plan. Color coding is always helpful.

5. Do six columns, rows are days of the week and color code the cities.
You need color coding as the third axis.

10. Color coding rawks
I couldn't organize near as much as I do (3 non-profits, state and federal lobbying, 1 husband and 2 kids) without it.
