How do you like your eggs?
Poached.

Also scrambled.

Then maybe as my third choice, over easy.

I like 'em with salsa or Habanero Tabasco and fresh-ground pepper.

8. Step 1. Prepare the Hollandaise Sauce.
2. Bring 2 to 3 inches water to a boil in medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to a simmer. Break 1 egg into small dish. Holding dish close to surface of simmering water, carefully slip egg into water. Repeat with 1 egg. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until yolks are just set. Remove eggs and drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining eggs.

3. Cook Canadian bacon in large skillet over medium-low heat, turning occasionally.

4. Top each English muffin half with 2 slices bacon, 1 poached egg and 1 tablespoon Hollandaise Sauce.

Serve immediately.

11. Over easy & 4 minute, 35 seconds eggs boiled.
Over easy would be served with hash browns and toast. The boiled eggs would be served with Thomas' English Muffins at a ratio of one muffin per egg. No substitution for Thomas' brand muffins.

You asked!

my bf lives on a farm and had a slew of chickens. So he's cooking something and it calls for an egg - so he searched the barn and couldn't find one. He was very angry - called the chickens "VINDICTIVE BITCHES". I told him they're just OLD. :7

72. Kramer's chicken
New scene - Jerry in bed at the crack of dawn. We hear a rooster crowing. Jerry gets up and knocks on Kramer's door, bleary-eyed. Kramer answers the door with a rooster under his arm.

JERRY: Is that your "chicken" making all that noise?

KRAMER: Oh, Jerry loves the morning.

JERRY: Who?

KRAMER: Little Jerry Seinfeld. I named my chicken after you.

JERRY: Thanks, that's very sweet, but that is not a chicken.

KRAMER: Of course it is. I picked it out myself.

JERRY: Well, you picked out a rooster.

KRAMER: Well, that would explain Little Jerry's poor egg production.

<Jerry nods and shuffles back to his place. Kramer turns Little Jerry upside down to see if he's actually a rooster or not...>

but I'll take an au gratin dish and layer spinach, ham, cheese, mushrooms and maybe some other stuff, then crack a couple of eggs on top and bake or nuke it. Maybe toast on the bottom.

Bearnaise or hollandaise goes well on this if some happens to be around.
