He was a personal friend of mine.... I miss 'da Wolfman... I used to talk to him when I was a little down. I guess I am feelin' a little down tonight - I wanted to call him tonight (do ya know what I mean???) He died in 1995 when He was helping me with a project... We had high hopes for it.

I know that most of you knew him in your own way... Post a little memory for me tonight.

He used to call me, real late, from N. Carolina... He would always make me laugh... He was one of the most generous and kindest people i have ever known.. R.I.P. Bob Weston... A.K.A. The Wolfman

I've also seen "American Graffiti" about 40 times. Each time, when Curt looks back through the window as he's leaving the radio station and discovers that really was the Wolfman, I get a little misty.

I saw him give a bum, who was bugging the shit out of everyone on the street, a $20 bill. He hugged the guy and said... "Brother, I could have been where you are right now, Peace." He was always doing this stuff...
