I think it should though! That sounds more like Stewie to me!

1. I just realized yesterday... The lyrics to a song are "My piece of mind."
Edited on Tue Sep-25-07 01:54 PM by Prag
and not... "All I want are my piece of PIE."

No kidding.

:)

:hi:

2. There's a song where I hear those lyrics the exact same way.
I can't remember what song it is, though. I'm just remembering that one part. I wonder if it's the same one?

6. Probably... In my case the title of the song is, "My piece of mind".
Boston?

I don't even remember it well enough to look it up.

13. "Every time you go away
you take a piece of meat with you." this is what my 10 year old daughter thought the old Hall and Oates song said (instead of 'a piece of me with you). She thought the guy was mad because his girlfriend was stealing from his freezer.

4. Stewie wouldn't say "laugh and cry" ! He is far too sarcastic for that!
I love me some Stewie!! :7

8. Nope! I googled it and lots of people thought that.
In fact, it used to say that on the closed caption. But, the creator of the show said it never said that and he tried to make it sound clearer.

10. darn it! So did I.
my wife says I'm nuts; that it's "laugh and cry" but I find "effin' cry" funnier by far.

11. Wow. Usually, I'm the one who hears lyrics wrong,
but this never occurred to me. "Laugh and cry", that's what I've always heard.

15. Yeah, it took me years to figure out what he was saying there.
And as you said, that would be more in character for Stewie anyway. :)
