I also have a very serious question for Skinner. |

I understand that corrections need to be made, for example, when baking at high altitudes because of the lower air pressure as elevation increases.
And I know I have to decrease the amount of baking soda, say, or baking powder, by one-eighth of a teaspoon or so.
But what I want to know is whether my stews and braises really need that extra hour. Is that what DU is trying to tell me?
