8. This woman totally followed me today, too.

I saw her in front of Municipal building first. She was in the car - parked. I opened my window and, in my best "Nelson", I said

Then, I was at the grocery store and, as I was leaving, she was in the lot (that's when I had to take the picture).

THEN... as I was leaving a drive-thru, she exited the lot behind me!
