3. I saw the mac&cheese challenge...

or at least part of it. Some of 'em were downright nasty, but some looked like food of the gods.

I think there was a mac&cheese "Throwdown" too. Don't remember who won.

With bacon, shallots, garlic, fontina, cheddar, white wine, cream, parmesan, rotini, spinach, shrimp and breadcrumbs.

My kids scarfed it. It was very rich.
