Am I back in the fucking 70s again?

4. Good point, but the Aughts are freaky in a totally different way

The '70s sucked because of the rampant polyester and pervasiveness of the disco craze. Sure there was Watergate, but we didn't friggin' let the government get away with it for seven friggin' years!

The '70s was like a gnat buzzing in your ear. The Aughts are like an alligator gnawing on your torso after having already consumed your legs.

Although, I do get the distinct feeling that our civil liberties will be less intact at the end of this decade than they were when the end of the 70's finally rolled around.

6. I would like to be in the 70's again

in my bell bottoms, farrah hair which reeked of "gee your hair smells terrific", with the roach clip/feather hair clip thing going on....lips shiny with "kissing potion", smelling like Jean Nate, peasant shirt, driving a Camaro....ahh yeah, I want the 70's back.
