7. Casey should have been axed

I think they were determined to keep Casey in the finals no matter what. I mean, she turned out raw elk with some kind of lumpy cauliflower thing.

I can't be the only one that skipped the debates in favor of Top Chef:eyes:

After an hour of the debate I switched to Top Chef. . . .

I so thought this would be Dale's turn to go.. and then he goes out and kicks ass... good for him . . . .

I was hoping it was Hung that would be booted, expected it to be Dale (who got in by the skin of his teeth) but was suprised it was Brian. I almost expected they'd do something like Project Runway 3 and send all 4 of them into the grand finale.

Hung and Casey add the most interest, so they were sure to stick around. Ratings, ya know.

I was sure Dale would go after he became Casey's best buddy in the last episode--that tends to be the kiss of death.

13. I was kind of thinking along those lines myself.

After perusing the TC blogs though, it seems that a solid case can be made for sending Brian home--aside from the fact that he adds the least TV drama to the show.

Hung seems like a bit of a prick, but no doubt about it, he can cook his ass off. He really needs to learn to have a bit more respect for his diners, though--also the food his diners want to eat. "You don't get jacked up to cook elk? Tough break pardner, you wanna be top chef sop step up and make it happen."
