2. I loved that cocktail she made that...

...was matched to the body temperature of the drinker and then just vaporized the second it was touched, leaving nothing but the aroma. I tried making it at home, but only succeeded in blowing the back wall off the kitchen.

I'm not even a big fan of Trek, I've always been a Star Wars geek, but she was a great character, and an even better bartender.

Although the funniest scene I can remember in 10-Forward didn't involve her... it involved Data walking up to Commander Riker and saying, "Commander... what are your intentions towards my daughter?" :P
