I can never seem to get over just how fucking stupid the Chimperor really is. I'll never understand how something that fucking stupid can walk, much less jog or ride a bicycle.
Wait... I remember seeing pictures of him screwing up all three of those things too. So, I guess someone can be so stupid, they cannot do those things, but their mouth still works. Just not their brain.
