I started August 1 but have been off for a week with the cold from hell. I am not looking forward to going back. When the alarm goes off at 5:15am I just need to hit the bricks before I reconsider.:thumbsup: Don't overdo it- You will have plenty of time to get back to the fitness level of the days or yore;) I had to forget about what I used to do when I worked out for hours back in the day, before the children. Still depresses me but what are you going to do-

Unless you're still pretty young, take it easy, don't try to get it all back quickly; that's a sure fire recipe for getting hurt.
