The fourth photograph is, indeed, Snoqualmie Falls. The fourteenth is Lower Lews River Falls south of Mount St. Helens, and the sixteenth is Ruby Falls on Mount Rainier.

4. I dunno what it is about that waterfall that makes the water "spit" like that,

but it's certainly recognizable.
