$10 = 3/8th of a tank of gasoline |
|
OWIE OWIE OWIE! How's a body supposed to turn a profit at these prices? All the miles I put in throughout the week, I may have to raise my rates!
Just my daily 2 minute hate... :nuke:

and they washed my windshield, windows, checked the oil, checked the radiator, air in tires, and brought me a pack of cigarettes.. I never had to get out of the car.. Gas stations would have a shit fit if you even got NEAR the gas pumps..

With ten Dollars , even with ten Euros, I get about 1/6th of a tank of gasoline...
The liter €1.12; $1.39. Thus a Gallon is about $5.25 ... I know why I'm using public transportation, my feet or my bike for about 99.5% of all tours.

11. The jury hasn't decided yet |

Personally I don't think so. The gas price might be approaching reasonable levels from an ecologic point of view, but that hardly constitutes a civilized society.
So let'S say: in some matters maybe, in many no.

sixty-three cents a gallon. Adjusted for inflation, in current-dollar terms that's about forty-five cents a gallon.Lowest gas prices I remember seeing anywhere since I started driving in 1993.
