In 2000, I was in Minot in late February. It's the only time I've ever been to ND. It was unseasonably warm, I think close to 60 (above). The temps at home in Pennsylvania were in the 20s. How many times has that happened?? We were wearing shorts in North Dakota in February while Pennsylvania was wearing coats and hats.
True story.

its been snowing in mexico city with 100+ degrees in the northern midwest states... back in june of 96 i think...
