You feel crummy...physically? Or is it the result of all the stuff?

I find that when I'm feeling blah, it helps to offer kindness to someone...a phone call to a lonely person, a friendly smile for someone homeless on the street, even just holding a door open for someone. It helps because it tends to set off a chain reaction of kindness and gratitude.

11. I have killer cramps today and my stomach

is hurting . My IBS is always worse when I have my period for some reason.
I seem to be getting a cold as well.
I have been lighting candles here every night for Stacey and visualizing her healing. I think this is hard for me because it brings
back memories of my years on the Women's unit. I had many patients that I had grown close to die from gynecological and breast cancers.
So sad.

Last week I did'nt know if I was coming or going.

I had 4 panic attacks (but now I am fine)

Two teenagers in my city aged 19 and 18 , male and female were waiting for a tow truck on the side of the highway when another pick up truck hit them and caused both vehicles to go up in flames. Everyone on Facebook has written about how the guy was talking earlier in that same week and that same day about the big plans he had for his life.

The mother of one of my old neighbors on the street I used to live on lost his mom in a robbery.She owned a hat shop. She was the kind of lady who would do anything for you when you needed help.Someone came into her shop and shot her for no reason.She later died on the scene.

I took another pregnancy test - negative again.No more tests I will just have to get over it.Its not the right time.

OMC's posts about his wife Stacey have had me so emotional - and also thinking about MrsGrumpy and her husband - it makes me want to start a good life with the person who I care very deep about but I am so scared of giving my heart away - its hard to explain.When I thought I was pregnant a couple of weeks ago he was sadder than I was ... and he wanted a little boy.And he still hopes that I am lol.

But this past early Sunday AM morning as I was on my computer I just cried about everything I was holding in and I just let it out.
