and yet another prediction: some other team's fans wiLL caLL the patriots cheaters.

Which raises a philosophical question: for how long after the cessation of cheating is one still a cheater? Is it a life-time condition? Are you no longer a cheater the instant you stop actively cheating? Is it only cheating if you get caught?

10. I guess that's another philosophical question: if you try to gain an

advantage through what Goodell called "...a calculated and deliberate attempt to avoid longstanding rules designed to encourage fair play and promote honest competition on the playing field," but you don't succeed in actually gaining that advantage, did you actually cheat?
