5. Very cute puppy!
I admired her speckled belly in a photo in your post introducing her to DU. My old dog Billie-girl had one, too. She was an Australian Shepherd-Malamute-Blue heeler mix who was "light blue" merle as pup, then grew darker. Dalmatians start out white, then develop spots. I wonder if Tovah's light speckles will get darker.
She reminds me of the puppies in one of my favorite books from ~53 years ago!

8. VET thinks she may be part dalmation
although the english pointers also have the spots - don't know if they come out later like the dalmations...

we bought her a couple of toys for her very own... her favorite toy is to pick up a stick or leaf and carry it around... if I had known that - I wouldn't have run the chipper shredder and turned everything to compost/mulch...

13. thanks!
it's basically the technique I use with Tovah, my partner is a big marshmellow when it comes to critters - article may confirm to her that I've been doing the right things...

11. She is adorable..and those spots seem to be coming out more...

She must be very high energy. Probably the biting is a combination of teething and boredom.
Giving her lots of exercise is a good idea...and lots of things to chew on that are acceptable.
I am not a believer in rawhide toys, but the rope toys and some of the nylabones and REAL hard rubber toys...the one you can put treats into can be good.

The Kong Stuff-a-Ball is a great toy. My German Shepherd loves the really big one, and it takes months for him to do any damage to it. It comes invarious sizes.

You can buy it at various sites....
