I don't think Barney,one of my cats, can see very well

2. Have his blood pressure checked. Seriously.

We noticed earlier this spring that one of our cats was gently bumping into things and realized he was losing his sight. He also started to get very lethargic. He's 13 years old, so we thought well he's getting older and it happens. But we took him to the vet anywho and found out he had high blood pressure. Cats' BP is supposed to be about the same as humans; our poor little guy's BP was 280. Yoiks! The high blood pressure had caused his retinas to detach, so he's blind now. We have him on BP medicine and he's no longer lethargic and has adjusted quite well to being blind.

Guy cats make shit hunters. That's why lions laze around all day while the lionesses go out to hunt. That's my theory anyway.
