1. um
i don't mean to be a jackass or anything, but you're going to need to be a lot more clear in your explanation of what is going on

2. could be - I think it happens pretty regularly (with all of them)
I am trying to learn that everything that goes wrong with the internet or my computer is not my fault.

Get a g-mail or yahoo for back up - also good for using when you aren't sure of who you are giving it to.

First, hotmail seems to be fucked up. What you mean by 'fucked up' we don't know, since you never mentioned it again, nor gave us a context in which to even begin to deduce what you mean.

Second, you tried to send a mail to your mom about 2 hours ago.

You never mention it again, though, so I don't know if it's a problem or you're just letting us know that you tried to your mom a mail. I assume you meant "email", since you mention "hotmail" in your thread title.

Third, a mysterious "page" exists somewhere - on your desk? On the Internet? Or maybe the page is a person, since you used "who" repeatedly. I can't tell. But apparently this "page" has "instructions" who (or that?) 'doesn't work or something'. Well, everything in the world 'doesn't work or something'.

Do I have the same problem? No, I don't. At least, I don't think so. Hard to tell, though, since you never mentioned an actual problem, and so comparing my problems with whatever problem(s) you are having is impossible.

Alright, snarkiness aside, I do have to agree with the first poster - your post makes no sense. You will find more help from people if you explain what you're actually asking about. I'm happy to help, but first, I have to know what the actual question is.

5. You have to add her e-mail address to your Contacts list first.
Then click on Compose and then TO: and select her name

then click on USE HTML at the top of the new e-mail

and then type your e-mail.

Remember to save a copy in your sent folder

(click the little box that says SAVE TO SENT FOLDER)

for your e-mail to be saved and then click SEND!

11. ok, well
so you're basically saying that you just can't figure out how to use the new hotmail at all?

since it's a new bit of software, i know they have pretty comprehensive help files and tutorials up--i'd suggest starting there since it sounds like you need to go with the basics.
