I was all set to post a rant about some of the hatefulness that has, astonishingly, accompanied the news of Stacey's passing, and about the website upon which it was centered, when I came across this, cross-posted from that very website:

I was amazed to find so many old friends and great progressives, that one included, over there (along with quite a few who could cause even me to use Ignore!). The whole thing reminds me of the scene from "Life of Brian" where Brian meets the radicals, and they tell him, "Remember, we're the People's Front of Judea. There's only one thing we hate more than the Romans, and that's the fuckin' Judean People's Front!"

Wherever possible, we should be fighting Bush**co, not each other. Or as Rodney King might say, "Can't we all just get along?"

2. I'm confused...

The link you provided was to another DU thread kicked off by another DU member, and consisting only of posts by DU members. How was this cross-posted from another website? And which website? (There are several started up by ex-DUers, but only one that was calling fraud.)
