a baked pot? Wouldn't it be easier to just leave it soaking in hot water and go after it with S.O.S later on?

|
from last night's leftover roast chicken.
I place the vegetables in the pan and pre-roasted them for tonight's pot pie.
I normally do not eat meat but I am at The Bachelors' (husband and son's) house and am feeding them. (Yes, it's complicated.)
