Shopping carts, dim children, and dimmer parents are a bad mix.
So at the grocer's, mommy was letting her (1st grader?) offshoring cling to the front end of the cart.

That is not only inappropriate, it's outright dangerous.

With the number of security cameras in the joint, one would have hoped a guard would have seen Dumb and Dumber and tell them to stop before Junior meets Darwin and Mommy meets Lawyer to conjure up a pointless lawsuit.
