I finally cleared my account with those bastards after they blamed me for somebody stealing my account to cheat people. (No apology, of course...)
Now I find out I absolutely HAVE to have a &%$#-ing credit card to sell anything there! (I don't have one.)
To HELL with Ebay!

I thought they had a provision where you could verify your identity by allowing them to do some sort of check (they say it's not a credit check). Go back to the registration to sell page and read everything.
