I just found out my cat likes yogurt. Is it okay if I feed it to him? |

i haven't had problems with giving my kitties very small amounts of dairy on rare occasions, but it shouldn't be a regular thing

Poor things love dairy, but most don't digest it well. Maybe start 'em with just a little taste, which as far as I know never hurt anyone.

My vet recommended giving about 1/2 teaspoon of yogurt (plain), I buy organic, to my elderly cat each day. She likes it and seems to be ok with it. Its good for keeping her stomach bacteria in check.
