I just typed the address in www.benning.army.mil - as in the message.

This page came up: https://www.benning.army.mil/infantry/

As you can see, in the https: part, the s is for "secure" - it is the US Army Infantry Homepage - When you say the messages came up all of a sudden, did the window, as seen in your post, come up like a pop up window?

What were you doing (typing) at the time these came up?

Are you thinking of joining the Army?
