Musician you should check out: Judith Owen (Harry Shearer's wife)

I first discovered her when listening to the first episode of "Le Show" after 9/11. Harry Shearer played a beautiful song I had never heard before, and I couldn't find the playlist for the show. I wrote to Harry to ask him about it, and he said it was by Judith Owen. He failed to mention Ms. Owen was his wife. :)

A few years later, I downloaded a recording of a show she did at a nearby coffee shop (I had no idea she was going to be there), and I just got around to listening to it today. Good stuff. Opened with a cover of "Smoke On The Water." Sort of a cross between Tori Amos, Charlotte Martin and Eva Cassidy.
