I have a screened porch off of my home office. All summer long, |
|
the dogs sit out there looking at the world and guarding the driveway from the UPS truck. It arrives, they bark like crazy, it leaves. Works every time.
Now that it's cold, I have the door to the porch closed. The dogs can go sit out in their pen, but they want the porch door left open so they can wander in and out to sit on the porch. How do I explain to them that when the furnace is on the doors and windows stay closed?

1. Our dogs wait for the mail carrier everyday, seems to be the highlight of their day. |
|
They bark and she goes away, dogs never seem to get tired of this.

sit at the sliding glass door in the kitchen and stare at the street until someone or something walks by, then they go bananas... First they will bark out the kitchen door, then run to the front door and bark there, as the subject keeps walking down the street they will run out the doggy door and bark at them all the way till the end of the fence.....
Some of my neighbors think its hysterical..... go figure
