I could go on and on about Republican hypocrisy, lies, and the politics of personal destruction. |
|
But, for God's sake, who has the time to list it all?
I sure as hell don't.
So why don't each one of you just list one or two things, and we'll make the ultimate thread.
I'll start - the rightwing jackasses who vilify Hillary Clinton for saying "It takes a village", when that very same statement is the whole point of their faux-nostalgic backward view of family and social values, when neighbors took care of neighbors, watching each others' kids, disciplining each others' kids, and so on. To the rightwingers, their faux-nostalgia of communities helping to raise children is "Christian family values", but Hillary's *identical* view is "Socialism/Communism child-abandonment to the government nanny-state" in extremis.
And of course the rightwingers' use of the term "nanny state" is hilarious hypocrisy at its best, as well.
