44. A really sharp increase in copycat threads could do it.

I've never seen one that didn't make me swear at myself for opening it. Every now and then a thread looks legit but when I open it I see it's a copycat, and I just roll my eyes.

The day that Kentucky Derby horse that broke its leg had to be put down, there must have been 40-50 copycats. My worst day on DU ever. When I spend more time in GD than in the Lounge, I'm not having a good day.

If DU ever got to the point where roughly half the threads were copycats, I'd probably stop visiting. I just don't see the point in them. I've seen perhaps two clever ones and no funny ones.

I guess I'm just not meant to understand.
