These "preteen" boys deserve to get a fucking good beating! :grr:

Woman Rescues Kitten Hanged From Tree
Animal Cruelty Often Leads To Violence Against Humans, Humane Society Says

MILWAUKEE -- A Milwaukee woman rescued a kitten she said was hanged from a tree by several "preteen boys" late last week, humane society spokeswoman Angela Speed said.

Pamela Klak surrendered the kitten to the Wisconsin Humane Society Thursday after caring for the animal for several days. Klak told the humane society that she witnessed the boys use rope to hang the kitten from a tree just a few blocks west of the shelter. Klak rescued the kitten, now named Pumpkin, and the boys ran off.
