A frightful Halloween tale for YOU.

It's been quite awhile since my last post so I'll try to get back into the swing of things with the telling of a SPOOKY Halloween story.

Once upon a time there was a girl named little red riding hood. Little Red had a husband and two children Who loved very much but when one day an INVITATION to a costume party came she readily accepted leaving her husband and son home alone with assurances that she would try not to be gone ALL NIGHT.

While at the grand costume party Little red made many new friends and was having a splendid time. Just then, however, along came a frightening swarthy PIRATE who tried to take cuts in line in front of little Red and who was NOT Little Red's husband.

Little Red was terrified by this rude pirate and in her panic she promptly threw her arms AROUND and her body AGAINST the strange man that she didn't know and in a blood curdling fugue she then posed for pictures!

Little Red was so terrified, in fact, that she had no choice but to stay out until after three in the morning but finally she was able to make her way home. Upon arriving she realized that she had woken her husband up and she quickly mumbled, without being asked, something about being so late because it took "so long" to remove all of her spooky make up.

Sadly, though, Little Red's bone chilling Halloween ordeal wasn't nearly over yet! The next day she was so scared of the merest memory of her encounter with the dastardly brigand she promptly loaded his pictures onto her computer to be shown by her screen saver!

Little Red then spent the rest of her tortured days telling anyone who would listen about how AWFUL it was to have to be so CLOSE to the wretched pirate and how terrible it was to have to "act" so friendly to such a ill-mannered scoundrel.

The End.
