Good news: I spent all day in the sun and walked for miles and miles.

Bad news: I've only sat for 1/2 an hour and I can barely move.

Owie.

I'm going to go soak in hot water and bath salts now.

Oooowwie....

3. We went to a park near the river...

..there were some new trails. Naturally, I had to check them all out! I did remember the sunscreen, at least... so I am not too sunburned. And, yes, my bath was nice. Thank you! :hi:
