The woman who killed that guy... they got the goods on her. She confessed. They matched the gun to her.
Why the hell did the DA not press charges?

She claimed she tripped and it accidently went off. No one believed her but the prosecutor refused to file charges, saying the case wasn't strong enough.

So she tripped and the gun went off.
She stalked the man after an altercation she had with him, she got out of the car with the gun, anticipating trouble.
Accident or no, she KILLED him. Then she tried to cover the crime up. Had she not taken such aggressive actions, he would still be alive.
I'll agree that 1st degree murder charges might be difficult, but how could they not even think of a manslaughter charge?
That episode seriously pissed me off. She also showed zero remorse for her act, as well.
