Send me some energy: eight mile run this morning

I've been running with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training, although I haven't committed myself to a fundraising marathon yet.

I was really tired yesterday so I took a two hour nap after work, had a light dinner, went to bed early, and am having a light carbo breakfast as directed.

I'll post later if I survive!

I am NOT a runner. Too daunting to me.

However, I can crank out 100+ miles on a bike, in one day. :D

6. Not shabby at all!

Most I've done on a bike is 80+ miles. I did 200 over 4 days once, across upper peninsula Michigan. That was fun!

7. Once I rode 575 miles over a week: SF to LA

it was the CA AIDS Ride, with 3000 of us. Pretty fun, but a one-time deal for me. :)

I just signed up for the Solvang Century on March 8th. It's always good to have a goal worth training for. That's what works best for me, anyway.

I'm thinking of running the San Diego Rock & Roll Marathon in June. Let me run a few more months and see how I feel about it.
