How will the Dexter season end?
Will he kill Doakes? I highly doubt it. Erik King is awesome. I think Dex will set it up to where Doakes will look guilty as hell and only Dex can get him off.

I know I posted something similar last week, but now I want to know how Lyla plays into the finale? How's this thing with Angel going to affect the storyline.

Damn what a good show. Fuck the networks, this is real entertainment!

2. You really think Doakes leaves the show?
I think Doakes and Dexter both kill Lila. The show wouldn't be the same without him.

I love when Doakes catches Dexter, and in that classic Doakes voice says, "that's right motherfucker" I almost fell out of my chair. I had such a knot in my stomach already, then THAT!

Oh, and Dexter's sister (Deb) is my sister. To a TEE!

4. I LOVE that show!
I don't think he'll kill Doakes; I sure hope not--Doakes has been my favorite character from the beginning. When they were showing preview scenes, it looked like Lyla went up to the cabin and if that's the case, anything goes! (Though with "Dexter," it's always 'anything goes.')

Glad to see your thread. After I saw the last episode, I was thinking of starting a Dexter thread here myself, but I never got around to it. I'm glad to see there are folks here who watch it. I watch it with my boyfriend (he has Showtime and I don't) and I don't know anyone else who watches it.

5. My wife LOVES it
I never thought she's be remotely interested. Basically, she has her shows and I have mine. Sometimes we meet in the middle on a few of them, but not many. But, she watched Dexter once, and was hooked!

6. Doakes has to go...he can't last beyond this season.
It's too bad because Erik King's campy acting was just starting to improve.
