Poll question: Match up of the Democratic Presidents
Edited on Thu Feb-05-04 11:58 AM by socialdemocrat1981
I would concede that I am in a strange mood tonight and decided to take advantage of this to pose a question to DU’ers. This is my first online poll so I hope you enjoy.

Imagine that a presidential primary is being conducted –it is not for any particular state but is an overall primary. All the presidential contenders are former Democratic presidents from the 20th century –forget about life mortality or term limits-and one of them will take on Bush in November. Who would you want to win the nomination?

Followed by Wilson, Truman, then Kennedy. The rest are too controversial.

LBJ would eat GWB for lunch and s**t him out for afternoon tea. He played hardball politics and he'd "get" their attention
