Best remedy for chills??? |
|
I have the cold from hell, stuffy and drippy and scratchy and I am chilled to the bone... Bundled up and have a blanket wrapped around me and the heat is at 70 (high for our house) but I cannot warm up...

That will help you warm up, plus the steam is good for the sinuses. If you have a vaporizer, that would also be good. After your bath, put on your warmest socks and slippers, and curl up in your blanket.
Hope you feel better soon... it's no fun being miserable.

5. Bring the fever down. Take 2 tylenol or 2 ibuprofin, anything labeled as |
|
a fever reducer.
Then take that nice hot bath and drink a cuppa cocoa.
