6. here's what you do...

Over a period of a couple of days select random phones. Insert coinage and dial a random local number out of the business pages. Say some short phrase like 'Al-qaeda binLaden anthrax botulism the sheep fly at midnight' and hangup. Repeat.

Then for the next couple of weeks keep an eye out for anyone hanging out near or watching the phones.
