Life is hard sometimes, but here I still am

Thank goodness for this place anyway sometimes. I haven't been around much this past week and the way I felt a week ago (because my own private issues, not DU as a whole or anything), I thought I'd leave here forever, but ultimately, it's too hard to do that and I've come to know too many wonderful people to do that. I don't know how I'm going to resolve certain things in my life, but I appreciate those who have been there and in one way or another for me, there's been many people who have touched me with their kindness. It means a lot and I suppose even though I'm not the most cheery person these days, ultimately, I've grown to love this place. I hope you all can put up with me anyway. :)

I am very happy and blessed in some respects and in others, not quite so much. Things are rather out of balance in my life currently. I think, though, eventually, the tides will turn in my life one way or the other in a positive direction. Whenever things feel down anyway, it seems like God is getting ready for some interesting new plan around the corner.
