I think maybe I'll try planiting some pretty flowers this spring. You have inspired me. (Maybe the deer won't eat the flowers, but I never thought they'd eat hot pepper plants, but they did!)

What density are you scanning them at? At a low DPI? Or high DPI? Doubly of importance, are you using a program to shrink the size of the pictures after they've been scanned? (I've seen pics lose some focus when shrunk down by photo editing programs...)

I'm scanning at 200 dpi and using Adobe Photoshop Elements to reduce the image size. Maybe that's why they look out of focus.
