1. When I was younger
I could enjoy burying myself in the covers until one or two in the afternoon. Now I wake up at 6 am every day, whether I want to or not.

3. It's never consistent
but regardless of when I roll out of bed and start moving, I'm not fully mentally awake until around 2 pm, tapering off around midnight.

4. Two answers..............
with chronic back pain I never sleep right through the night. I'm usually up around 1:00 AM for about 2 hours before the pain meds and muscle relaxers kick in, then again around 7:00 AM.
Oh, that I could get an uninterrupted nights sleep!

6. to bed at 4:30 AM, up at noon ...
That was my schedule last night. Or this morning. Darn! This always happens when I'm marking midterms at this time of year.

7. 5:30 a.m. during the week
This is too early for me but I have to be at work by 6:30 a.m. No matter how early I went to bed, I am still tired at this time. At least I don't feel like I was hit by a truck every morning anymore.
On the weekends, I naturually wake up around 8:00 a.m. regardless of what time I went to bed and feel fine. I feel better waking up at 8:00 a.m. with four hours of sleep than waking at 5:30 a.m. with 9 hours of sleep. If I get four hours of sleep waking at 5:30 a.m., I never wake up really all day.

9. 6 am for work but early afternoon on weekends.
If I'm not working I revert to my natural up at night, sleep in the day pattern.
