Who likes herbal tea?
What kind do you like?

I'm partial to this one after a stressful day at work:

That often puts me to sleep since it relaxes me so much. I also like chamomile when I have trouble sleeping. Otherwise, I just drink black with caffeine or green tea for the antioxidants. I've also had white and oolong tea. I haven't tried many herbal teas.

1. Ginger and Lemon
There are several brands of ginger and lemon herbal tea.

The acupuncturist I went to last year told me to start drinking it at the first sign of a cold, or for an upset stomach. I've managed to fight off several colds with ginger tea, although it doesn't work for every cold.

2. Good point, I make my own ginger tea
I just cut up some ginger and boil it for a while. Then I sweeten it with honey. Delicious and one of my favorites. It does help with immunity and nausea.

I also make licorice tea by boiling some pieces of licorice wood. I don't sweeten it. This helps with something but I forgot what, probably general well-being.

4. Peach tea tastes really good
to me. :9

I drink it when I don't want caffeine. Or white or green tea.

OTOH, I bought some white tea flavored w/ persimmon a while back and .... not so much. :P

8. I had some terrific Christmas Tea
From Taylors of Harrogate. It's spiced black tea with orange, lemon, cinnamon, and safflower. The British have a lot of good blended teas.

9. I usually get some every Christimas
I got some Candy Cane Lane and Gingerbread Spice tea. Also Pomegranate and Goli Berry tea. I have some lemon and honey tea too.

Right now, I'm making some blueberry tea that was a bonus package in my Pomegranate tea box.

I used to love rose hip tea when I was a kid. My dad used to make iced tea with it all the time with just a little honey to sweeten it. And yes, it tasted just like roses.
