My sister received an E-mail about Starbucks recently and wanted to know if it is true. I told her I would go to DU and find out. The letter said the military asked Starbucks to send them coffee as they liked it. Purportedly Starbucks declined stating that they were against the war and everything connected with it so wouldn't do it. Do any of you know if there is anything about this true? I would not think Starbucks would hesitate to make more money.

1. Odd, cause they have a 20 per cent discount for card-carrying Al Qaida members |

No corporation is dumb enough to piss off the military -- it'd be really bad for business.
