We're both going to donate a little, but we can't give a lot...and I'm going to sponsor someone like someone sponsored me last time. I still don't know who did, and I'm still thankful. I'd send you a hallmark card if I knew you...but I don't really want to know...Thanks, though.

2. i donated without hesitation...

it was less than previous fund drives due to my recent loss of employment BUT

I consider DU to be invaluable for networking and other support (as evidenced in the responses to my recent 'troubles')

links, offers of personal assistance, perhaps even a client or two have come from these vital pages.

and i'll have lots of news i'll want to get out to the DU_world, including the debut of my next musical revue:
The questionW Revue, an evening of political cabaret.

I've already lined up some writers well known to DUers as contributors and am very excited about this project--which I hope will also revitalize the website!

Donate if you can. You know you'd pay a $1 or .50 or even .25 a day to know that DU would be here for you every day. It's a pretty tiny investment in political sanity when you think about it.

Money well spent, IMHO. DU is my home away from home, so to speak, although since I'm unemployed I'm always at home, so...feh...forget it. Glad to help DU, though.
