You dirty little bastards! I mean I have two big beef roasts on my smoker. I'm gonna be up late "smokin' meat" but it's going to be well worth it.

How you doing them? what are you using for wood? I use 2/3 white oak to 1/3 hickory when smoking beef& pork and I use all fruit wood for poultry. I have a big Kingfisher pit, 40" cooking area with off-set fire box. I use a big Webber as an extra pit to keep logs burning for coals. I can smell it now.

16. Well, I was going to use some apple and hick'ry |
|
But I couldn't get a-hold of apple and the meat had to be cooked. So, looks like it's straight hickory. It'll be alright though.

17. I Never Thought About That |
|
Would a "smoked" turkey get you high and, if so, how many records have been faxed to the Secret Service from "sources" over a simple question like this one?

I need to get a smoker. My father was a pro at it and I loved what ever he cooked when I was a kid.
