Mick Foley is God! (Rush Limbaugh related)
Right now, on WWE Monday Night Raw (wrestling), Foley was talking about hypocrites and cowards, and he brought up Rush Limbaugh. He said, like we all know, that Rush is a hypocrite because he said drug abusers deserved to go to federal prison, and yet Rush used and abused drugs himself! (the crowed booed at the sound of the name Rush Limbaugh!) It was great!

Now who says wrestling is all RW bs?

Mick Foley is God!

5. Mick is back!!??
Excellent...that man is a legend to his sport/entertainment industry! He's an amazing man who didn't give up even when people told him he wouldn't amount to anything in his chosen profession.

I'm not sure what it is, but at the beginning of the primaries, I always associated Kucinich with Foley. They have similar backgrounds and desires to win despite long odds about perceieved notions of "electability" (Kucinich) and "physical views of actors/wrestlers" (Foley.)

I'd vote for a Kucinich/Foley ticket any day.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't Mick in real life a liberal??? I know that a few of the wrestlers really are and they got pigeoned holed right before the Iraq War, because they refused to agree to pseudo-flagwaving-patriotism-crap, on-air.

6. I saw the pseudo-flagwaving-patriotism-crap
Just before i went back to Uni and so was unable to watch wrestling anymore, it was a horrid trip to see the troops. So is Foley actually going to fight? Damn i might just quit Uni and go home to watch it lol.

7. Here's what happened
Foley made some remarks about Lowbrow, then about his rival Randy Orton being AWOL from the Marines. I scratched my head about that one, but I read this:

http://www.rajahwwf.com/news/2004/02/10/71/

* On Monday’s RAW we heard a promo by Foley about Randy Orton being AWOL while in the Marines. This story is true and Orton decided that he didn’t want to live the military life so he jumped on a Greyhound Bus. He was AWOL for 82 days in St. Louis before turning himself in to military authorities. He was then court martialed and sent to a military prison for 38 days. Shortly after his release, his father Bob Orton Jr arranged a tryout with the WWE for Randy. A developmental deal with OVW shortly followed and the rest is history.

So there you have it.

BTW: FOLEY RULES!!!

8. I met Mick Foley once
He was with his family at Hershey Park the same day that I took my Nephews. I had no clue who the guy was but the boys did and they wanted to meet him. (They happened to be getting on the same ride at the same time and it was early in the season so the park was not crowded).

Mick took the time to sign the autographs and make small talk with my nephews.

I'm not much of a WWE fan, but I'll give kudos to a good person!
