That's hard to accept sometimes, but I believe I have one, you have one, everyone has one.

Friend, sometimes you gotta let those waves of uncertainty and fear and all that other stuff crash right over you so that you can be bathed clean by them. Feel it, then let it go. Because you do, certainly, matter.
